Fix and Fogg source their hi-oleic Runner variety peanuts from Queensland, Australia. The Wellington Chocolate Factory sources their single-origin cocoa beans from Bougainville, The Dominican Republic, Peru, and Samoa. The freeze dried raspberries are sourced from Chile. Each local business hand roasts their peanuts and cocoa beans to get the best quality results in all their products.
