Standard NZ shipping cost: $5.00
Rural NZ shipping cost: $8.00
FREE shipping on all NZ orders over $50

We use NZ Post as our courier provider. Wellington Chocolate factory aims to despatch all orders the following working day. You should expect shipping to take 2-5 working days. Get in touch with us at orders@wcf.co.nz if your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days from the date of despatch or when you received your shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct, WCF cannot accept responsibility for parcels where the address has been put in incorrectly.

AUSTRALIA

We ship to Australia. Due to current delivery delays, you can expect your order to arrive in 10-15 working days.
