VALENTINES DOUBLE CHOC RASPBERRY BROWNIES

Introducing the most mouth watering brownies, just in time for Valentines day!

Made by our friend @sarahschocolatestash with our Raspberry Milk Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 200 g WCF Drinking Chocolate

  • 200 g butter

  • 100 g brown sugar

  • 200 g white sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3/4 cup plain flour

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C, on bake.

  2. Chop the butter & melt in a mixing bowl in the microwave, then add the drinking chocolate. Mix until smooth.

  3. Add the brown & white sugar - mix again until smooth.

  4. Add each egg, one at a time, mixing well between each addition. After this, add the vanilla extract.

  5. Next, mix in the flour & baking powder. Mix until combined.

  6. Finally, add the raspberries & chopped raspberry milk chocolate. Mix until just combined.

  7. Pour the brownie mixture into a brownie pan (20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper.

  8. Bake at 150°C for approximately 1 hour, or until just set.

  9. Leave to cool, then devour!
